Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

review of Daniel Yanic for uncontested divorce work
I hired Daniel to draft and submit the documents for my uncontested divorce. He was very knowledgeable and put together a tight document so that it cannot be changed in the future. Additionally, the divorce, once the docs were submitted, took less than a month to get finalized - which is important,...

With the location of my wife unknown, Daniel walked me through the complicated process of divorce by publication. I honestly could not have done this without his team's services.
