Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

FASTEST DIVORCE SERVICE
I contacted Mr. Yaniv in June re getting my divorce in 30 working days. He explained the process, that the 30 days started from when the papers were signed and submitted to the courts. I submitted all my paper work and made my final payment by July 7th. On July 11 I receives an email stating that...
