Biography
Daniel Yaniv is a founding member and managing partner of Yaniv & Associates, PC. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Yaniv was an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer and Graifman, PC where he handled a wide-range of matrimonial matters. Mr. Yaniv graduated from Pace University School of Law, with honors. At Pace University Mr. Yaniv served as a Dean's Scholar and Editor-in Chief of the Law School's newspaper. Mr. Yaniv was also selected to represent Pace University School of Law at the Jessup International Moot Court competition. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Express Divorce
Excellent customer service! I must have called them everyday with questions and they were always friendly and happy to help. They made the whole process easy and quick. I did the express service and got my Judgment of Divorce 2 months later. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

Made a difficult process much more easy for us
Just months ago, we were not sure how to do the divorce process by ourselves. My husband and I were able to contact Yaniv & Associates and they got back to us very quickly. We live further away from his office, so everything was done through email and phone correspondence. So much easier than any law...
