Obtained a reversal and dismissal of a federal criminal conviction in the Third Circuit

Renato Stabile handled an appeal to the Third Circuit Court and using his knowledge of federal law and the appeal process obtained a reversal of a criminal conviction for mail fraud based on the ASUA's withholding of exculpatory evidence in violation of the Jencks Act.
