Excellent, caring, and supportive attorney.

Excellent, caring, and supportive attorney. His staff is wonderful as well. He handled my request in a timely manner despite having many other cases, and his attention to detail really stood out. I’m very grateful for his advice and help so far. I would definitely consider hiring him again in the fut...ure if I have additional needs.

They rescued my case

After years of frustration with a previous law firm, I was left in a legal mess. Thankfully, I found Mr. Karlin, who gave my case an honest, no-nonsense review and took my case on terms that were both affordable and fair. From the start, he never overpromised or sugarcoated anything. He set clear ex...pectations and kept me grounded while still fighting hard on my behalf. He was thoroughly proactive, anticipating every possible obstacle (most of which, thankfully, never happened — but he was ready if they did). He and Natalia run a tight, efficient operation: they cut through the noise, don’t waste time with needless jargon, and go straight to the core of the matter. In the end, what I thought might turn into a drawn-out trial — my own “seven years’ war” — resolved with a successful pre-trial settlement against a Federal government almost never settles. If you have an employment issue, this is where you go. You’ll get honesty, compassion, and effective representation without being ripped off. I can’t recommend Mr. Karlin and Natalia enough.

Pass on this one

An awful experience. Completely unresponsive for nearly a year. Charged $6K to create a barely proofread complaint which used 90% my own words. Motion to dismiss was granted to the opposing party and my attorney immediately blamed me for the outcome! You see, I committed the terrible sin of sendin...g an e-mail to the court clerks after eight months, politely asking about an update. According to my attorney, judges don't like to be bothered, and the motion was "most likely granted because of my e-mail." Really? The judge disregarded all notion of justice and morality because he didn't like my e-mail? Interesting take. Meanwhile, the court order said multiple basic pieces of evidence were missing. When I asked my attorney about this, he said it was ridiculous and shouldn't be necessary. Well, the court thought it was necessary. All in all, it's clear this attorney is more interested in collecting fees and moving on than any notion of good lawyering. At the end of the whole conversation, he actually mentioned that he would file an appeal for $5,000, a discount form his usual $7,500. I may not be an attorney, but I have been a CPA for ten years and can recognize professionalism when I see it. It ain't here, folks. Do yourself a favor - search elsewhere for competent representation.

Stewart Lee Karlin Lost our case, basically didn't do anything

Mr. Stewart Lee Karlin submitted out education letter with so many mistakes, even with incorrect plaintiff name. Mr. Stewart Lee Karlin is rude, will never return your phone calls. Waste of our time and money. Look elsewhere

"I have known Stewart for almost 9 years and he has been a great mentor and is the person I go to when I need professional advice in the legal field. He has been instrumental in me developing my own practice. Following Stewart's cases further demonstrates his knowledge in the law. Cases he has litigated have become the legal precedent in several of his fields. I wholeheartedly recommend Stewart and his firm to anyone needing representation."
