Great experience

Lucy helped my EB-1 and O-1 cases. She did the great job, and answered all my questions. I was working with another lawyer but wasn't feeling trustable, and got reference from one of her previous client. After the consultation, I immediately hired Lucy. I highly recommended Lucy.

Supported me through H-1B and green card process

Lucy has been my immigration attorney over the last seven years, during which time she helped my apply for and extend my H-1B work visa for six years and then successfully petition for and receive my employment-based green card. She and her firm really know what they are doing and helped me to under...stand and feel prepared and confident for each stage in this long process. I really don't recommend doing this alone and I highly recommend Lucy and her team.

not knowledge and not helpful

Gave me the wrong information on immigration issue. High price for inexperienced lawyer. Everything she said conflicts with what USCIS told me.

Lucy is a friendly, dedicated and expert lawyer. Highly recommended!

Lucy was first recommended to us very highly by some trusted friends of ours who went through basically the same green card application process we needed to go through. She made the whole experience so simple and everything was so clear. I can't imagine having done the huge stack of paper work on our... and would have had no idea where to even begin. She made it seem simple and sure enough everything was approved in a timely manner and we received the green card almost exactly when Lucy predicted we would! I can't recommend her enough as she is very friendly and also obviously an expert in her field. She always responds immediately to emails and was flexible when we needed to reschedule a meeting. Overall she turned what we thought would be a somewhat scary and difficult process into something that we hardly needed to worry about at all.

Professional and pleasant, she's the best!

Ms. Lucy Cheung was the best! She helped me through both an O-1B visa and a green card, and couldn't have asked for a more comforting person. Not only she was extremely thorough with any questions or concerns I had, and made sure everything was in order, having her at the interview at the very end wa...s the most reassuring thing.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
