Excellent lawyer

When very serious federal charges were brought against me and my employer, I interviewed many top lawyers. I chose Deborah Colson because she was the best listener, she immediately grasped the issues, and she paid attention to my personal story, not just the publicity surrounding the case. It was th...e most harrowing period of my life and Deborah Colson gave me the best advice and representation every step of the way. We won our case and all charges were dropped against me.

High recommend as criminal defense lawyer

After unsuccessful searching for a defense lawyer for a few months I was recommend by a professor of law to meet with Ms. Colson. Every lawyer I had met with told me they felt they couldn't help me and turned me away. When I met Deborah she immediately saw the ability to help me and made me see hope ...in an otherwise stressful and discouraging situation. It was the first time in months that I spoke to somebody who saw the same possibility of hope which I had in my case. Throughout the entire process she was extremely comforting and communicative. Having come from a lawyer who felt I was "guilty" and going to jail until my case was heard by a judge this was a huge relief. She worked hard on learning about me as a individual and presenting that to the courts. She found specifics that provided a solid case on why I should remain on bail until sentencing. She also guided me and my family through the processes needed to be prepared for judge and sentencing. In addition, she prevented me from being incarcerated until my sentencing. I was sentenced with 3 years probation and did not have to be incarcerated . I owe this to her professionalism, diligence, and genuine care for my case. I highly recommend Deborah as a defense lawyer.
