Andrew Metzar should not be hired
Do not hire Andrew Metzar. His wife Lindsay Garroway is a scammer. Garroway is at Cohen, Hochman and Allen. She was paid to file applications to vacate defaulted violations. After she was paid, she did not do her job. The paralegal sent her multiple reminders. Lindsay Garroway refused to do anything....
