My wife and I came to the US in 2004 and we were referred to attorney Suneeta Dewan through a good friend. We are so glad that we have found her. Worst experience ever. The lawyer Suneeta assigned to my case left their office and they kept me on hold without knowing exactly what to do until I found another lawyer - no need to say that they never reimbursed me the fee that I paid and didn’t show any intention to do so -. Once, when I asked Sune...eta questions about my case and told her what I had read in the USCIS website, she visibly didn’t know how to answer and felt uncomfortable, once I left her office I assume she checked online - I should say that my question was not rocket science and she, as an experienced lawyer, should know what to answer- came after me and just said that I was right. In my case, my husband passed, I had to add to the grieving and sorrow to deal with their lack of knowledge of how to transfer a case from being married to an American citizen to process the case as a widower of an American citizen. Instead of lightning my burden they made everything more complicated incurring in a waste of time and money. If I were you I wouldn’t put my case in her hands, there are many good immigration lawyers in this city and an immigration process is a big deal.
