She is the BEST
I absolutely LOVE Nicole. I wouldn't trust anyone else except for her when it comes to protecting me and making sure nothing slides through my contracts. She is SO responsive and takes the time to look over every detail and ensures that nothing is missed. Couldn't ask for a better lawyer!

Great Experience!!!
My experience was phenomenal! Our company's former lawyer ran into legal issues which required our company to part ways and search for a new entertainment lawyer. Trusted, helpful, and your best option for an attorney!
I am producing a short film for the festival circuit. Nicole Sotto made it possible for me to secure a film location by writing up a contract/agreement between the owners of the facility and me. She made it an easy process because all she needed from me was to answer a few questions about the project. I gave her the info and within days I had the contract. She is helpful, intelligent, and anticipates your needs. She helps explain things in a way that makes you feel like you have a better understanding of your legal matter. If you’re looking for a no fuss, timely, and efficient entertainment attorney, you want to work with her!

Very thorough and personable.
Nicole Sotto was a pleasure to work with. She was very personable and thorough. Her clients full protection is of utmost importance to her and she is very amicable to questions and anything you want to change. Nicole is great at explaining the why behind all components of contracts and liability waivers. I have a fairly new travel retreat business and my business partner and I have very limited experience with putting together legal documents. Nicole was very patient with us with listened to our requests, she has helped us get our liability waivers and legal documents in place so we feel protected and well prepared going forward. I would strongly recommend hiring Nicole if you want to protect your business and personal liability.

All I wanted to do was create something that the world could experience, never truly knowing the laws and information needed to actually execute it. As a writer and artist, we want to create, but we don’t always understand the depth of legal work that is required. I was lost when it came to the legal work needed for my children’s book. Where to begin? My Illustrator and I had a complex partnership that created some unique obstacles, and I knew coming up with an agreement for us would be a challenge. But Nope, not for Nicole Sotto! After speaking with Nicole, she tackled and did everything I requested while supplying me with excellent guidance, honesty, and clarity. As an artist, legal jargon can be confusing, but Nicole broke it down and made it crystal clear! Brilliant Attorney Who Helped With Creating the Terms and Conditions & Protection to my Online Fashion Line!!!
Fashion Designer I am a fashion designer who has an online fashion line and Nicole Sotto created a Terms and Conditions Policy that I was able to put on my website. Before speaking to Nicole, I was completely unaware that I needed a Terms and Conditions Policy, what it really consisted of and what it meant for my company to have one. She answered all my questions thoroughly and walked me through the whole process. I really felt comfortable working with Nicole and I’m glad I put my trust in her hands.
