Investigating claims of sexual (and other forms of) harassment and discrimination; Collective bargaining, litigating union arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges; Defending claims brought by employees before the EEOC, state and city human rights agencies, and state and federal Departments of Labor; Defending and supervising employment-related lawsuits; Drafting and/or negotiating employment contracts, non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements and position statements.

Defend, prosecute and supervise non-employment related civil litigations; supervise internal investigations; respond to governmeht inquiries.

Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, operating agreements, non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements and independent contractor agreements, among others.
