Hafiz Uddin is the Managing Attorney at Dewan & Associates, PLLC. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from New York Law School and has over 24 years of U.S. based legal experience representing thousands of clients in a wide range of matters. His practice is focused on immigration law, real estate, and business/commercial transactions.

Attorney Uddin is a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has successfully handled all types of immigration cases — including family-based, employment-based and investment-based immigrant petitions.
