In April of 2020, I was served with an eviction note by my landlord because I was in default with rent due to the Covid pandemic. I can't thank Dan enough for providing me legal assistance at a time my business and I, the guarantor, were in most dire situation. I was scared and paralyzed by the landlord's lack of reasoning and his bully approach and Dan explained in details and the most compassionate fashion what the lawsuit entailed and what I needed to do to answer it in a timely manner.
