Braverman Law - Simply the Best and it does not get Better

Thought-out my 35+ career history in finance I have been fortunate to work closely with exceptional and kind business professions, including legal colleagues at prior employers. I take this opportunity to include Daniel Braverman on this short list of stellar professionals. Beginning with my ve...ry first phone call and continuing into the final stages of the mediation (i.e., the first time I met Daniel in person), he treated me like family. He exhibited empathy, always made the time to understand my objectives, explained the process, as well as potential challenges to our strategy. He was always responsive in “Real Time” to my many questions and outreach emails I sent. Daniel was always very focused and yet direct about how the opposing side could discount my position. During the nearly two years we worked together, he advised me to continuously further refine my arguments and provided excellent guidance. He also was razor sharp in researching recent changes in the law that could possibly worked in my favor and possibly against my position. Although this process was exhausting and, at times, frustrating, Daniel proposed new elements and direction that proved impactful and valuable in achieving my goal while simultaneously offering encouragement for me to remain positive and resilient. When necessary, he consulted his extensive network of legal colleagues to ensure we were always prepared had explored all legal dimensions of our argument. After many reiterations of the strategy papers and supporting documentation, Daniel identified salient arguments we eventually built into our legal claim. His ideas were brilliant, and I was able to tell the big picture by connecting many threads of individual events further strengthened our stance. His outreach to the opposing side resulted in swift reaction and successfully achieved remediation (which was initially off the table when initially discussed.) Much to my surprised the 9-hour remediation meeting was somewhat enjoyable as there were moments of levity and release of frustration through pleasant conversations with Daniel and the personable mediator Daniel recommended. I learned a great deal about the gymnastics of the mediation process and left the meeting more knowledgeable I now apply to my current corporate position. During mediation, Daniel encouraged me to redefine what I envisioned as “success” challenging me to explore the pros and cons regarding a potentially long drawn out and financially depleting legal claim. After considering Daniel’s and the mediator’s wise words, I redefine success and much to my elation achieved it. With Daniel’s support, guidance and legal expertise, I won and settled my nearly 3-year legal claim against a large corporation. Although the monetary settlement was less than I had anticipated, I was able to achieve “Priceless Peace”. I, therefore, felt compelled to write this review to express how grateful I am to Daniel Braverman. If anyone reading this sincere review, needs legal advice that is strategic, thoughtful, effective and timely, I strongly encourage she/he contact Daniel Braverman. He is phenomenally intelligent kindred spirt who is extremely knowledgeable in navigating complex legal issues with grace and class. I promise you will not be disappointed. If for some reason Daniel Braverman’s expertise and services are not a direct match for your needs, at least you would have gotten the opportunity to speak to a sharp attorney. I hope my comments regarding Daniel Braverman are helpful to everyone reading this review and close-out my comments by extending my most heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Daniel Braverman for his excellent work and patience.
