Clear, pragmatic legal guidance

Anne represented me in a dispute with my former employer and provided clear, pragmatic legal advice throughout the process. She was thoughtful and straightforward in explaining the legal landscape, the trade-offs involved, and what was realistically achievable. I appreciated her ability to keep th...e focus on facts, risk, and outcomes, rather than emotion or escalation. Anne was responsive, transparent about fees, and consistent in helping me understand my options at each stage. While matters like this are never simple, her steady approach helped bring the situation to a practical resolution. I would recommend Anne to anyone looking for experienced, level-headed counsel in a workplace dispute.

Steady Support When I Needed It Most

I’m deeply grateful for Anne’s kind and steady support throughout a difficult transition. Her guidance was not only legally sound but emotionally grounding. Thanks to her, I was able to move forward with genuine peace of mind. What I received wasn’t just a financial settlement—it was the key that un...locked a sense of emotional release from the weight of the company’s unfairness. Anne’s professionalism, empathy, and unwavering dedication made all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone facing a challenging employment situation. She is not only a skilled attorney, but also a compassionate advocate who truly stands by her clients.

GREAT LAWYER

Just settled my case and i am satisfied with the results. I contacted Anne in October of 2023 and like any case it takes time. Anne showed me reassurance through the whole process and stayed on top of every little detail in my case. She was amazing during discovery and deposition stage. I will never ...lose her contact in case i need representation in my future. Thanks Anne….

Dismissive and Unhelpful Approach to Discrimination Claim

During a paid legal consultation arranged through the NYC Bar Legal Referral Service back in May, the attorney began by stating we had previously interacted, which I found surprising given that I had only been referred to her a week prior. This initial misunderstanding set a difficult tone for the co...nversation. As I tried to describe the discrimination I faced, including the role of harmful stereotypes, my concerns were not fully acknowledged. The attorney maintained that being hired precluded any discrimination claim and asserted that the performance improvement plan (PIP)—which I believe contained false allegations and led to my termination—was valid. She concluded I had no legal case without a thorough review of the circumstances. After just 19 minutes, the conversation ended, and I was left feeling that the consultation lacked the sensitivity and depth needed to address complex identity-based issues. Unfortunately, it did not provide the insight I had hoped for.

Amazing services

Anne and Dan were amazing to work with. They were always very patient and explained very well the process. They always made themselves available even though we had a 6h time difference. I couldn't have made it without their help. Thank you!!!! I highly recommend their services

"Anne is a tireless advocate and a tremendous resource for any client she represents. I have worked on a matter in conjunction with Anne in which she and her team obtained a judgment after trial, a second judgment for attorneys' fees, and successfully appealed a decision to the 2nd Circuit paving the way for a third judgment for punitive damages. Anne's tenacity and knowledge of the law are assets from which her clients no doubt benefit."
