Mr. Rapoport was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I had a traffic violation ticket in new york city. If you don’t know about traffic violations in the city let me sum it up, THE WORST! i hired him for my tickets, when i hire him he told me i dismissed all ticket until now. he looked my 2 tickets so far, and results is both guilty. also his answer is clear ; judge gave this not me. well i guess only 2 tickets have unsatified in his career, hire him or not is the same

Not Guilty!!!
I met West Rapoport at the Harlem DMV for Traffic court. I did not have an attorney to represent me. I spoke with West and knowledge was truly apparent. I decided to hire him. He did a Great job and I was found not Guilty. Thank you West.
