Off a recommendation with another attorney I had met, I decided to make an appointment with West. When I met him he was very personable, we spoke a bit about life and got into the topic of swimming among other things. Needless to say, I felt at ease telling him the details of my ticket. He showed ...real interest when he looked at the map of Manhattan where I got it. He understood the courts and the systems and broke it down to me in plain English. Told me what to expect and I really respected that about him. He followed up each court date with a summary of what happened through text so there was no need to drive out there or take time out of my day (I live in Long Island) to go show up. Imagine my surprise when he texted me the other day saying that I got no points and no fees. That, coming from what would've been a 6 point ticket not including a driver's responsibility assessment. I really couldn't afford a ticket since I drive school buses and it was with a bus that the cop pulled me over. West saved my driving career, my pockets, as well as my insurance rates.
