Have you ever tried to speak w someone at the DMV to help you urgently understand how, without any notice from them, you are suddenly in possession of an invalid drivers license, and where everything you look at on their website seems unhelpful or more confusing? After 3 days of much anxiety and ge...tting nowhere, I decided, upon the recommendation of a friend to call West who responded within a 1/2 hour. I explained my situation, he asked me a couple of questions and said he’d call me back shortly. How about 5 mins. later with an answer on exactly how to make it all go away? I followed his instructions, took his wise counsel and 20 minutes later, I was driving again. This kind man knows his stuff! I’d recommend him highly.
