My son received a speeding ticket on his way home from college. Knowing that trying to plead a ticket in the city of NY is useless, and facing fines and significant points on his license I decided to hire a traffic lawyer. I searched the interne t for one and came upon Victor Bernace. Read the rev...iews and decided to contact him. He called me back shortly after I left him a message and explained as I already knew that NYC does not plea tickets and that we can hope that the officer does not show up in court (which he said was unlikely because they do get paid to show up in court) or maybe the ticket will get dropped on a technical issue. Through the entire process Victor was in contact with us by e-mail or phone explaining the next steps (postponement, etc) I pretty much thought that in the end we were postponing the inevitable and the ticket would have to paid and the points would be posted. To my surprise I received an e-mail from Victor informing me that my son's ticket was dismissed and that the case was closed. It was truly a wish come true. Yes, I would hire Victor, not because he performs miracles, but because he is professional and honest. He never told us that he would definitely get my son's ticket dismissed, he was very honest on the steps he would take and the possible conclussions.
