Victor has gone above and beyond my expectations. 2017 was a bad year for me, received two tickets back to back and I was in need of a lawyer. I can appreciate the straightforwardness and honesty of Victor. Victor made the proccess effortless. He always kept me up to date with how the proccess worke...d and was upfront with what can happen. I reached out to Mr. Bernace less than 24 hours before my court hearing for two moving violations in the Bronx and not only did he make himself available, he was kind and was able to get my violations dismissed!!!! He caught a detail during the hearing that I know I certainly would not have, causing... the judge to rule in my favor. I am very glad I engaged his assistance rather than attend the courts on my own. Victor was easy to talk to and very responsive/helpful. Regardless of the verdict, I would have given him 5 stars. His knowledge and experience with the courts and it's employees truly proved invaluable.

I got my speeding ticket in March of 2018 and contacted Mr. Bernace for a consultation before pleading not guilty. Right from the consultation I knew I was in good hands, he informed me of the chances I fighting the ticket (not good) and was actually knowledgeable of the officer that ticketed me. Abo...ut a month before the court date I hired Mr. Bernace to represent me and within the hour he contacted me and informed me that due to a technicality my ticket had been resolved and he refunded me entirely. I felt so much anxiety and stressed out leading up to my case that I planned to argue alone (big mistake to do this, imho). Hiring Victor was the best decision I have made, period.
