Mr. Bernace did a fantastic job for me. We had a scheduled 15-minute phone consultation and he called exactly on time. He listened intently and explained well, giving me no assurances but was reassuring at the same time. My son received a speeding ticket on his way home from college. To my surprise I received an e-mail from Victor informing me that my son's ticket was dismissed and that the case was closed. It was truly a wish come true. Yes, I would hire Victor, not because he performs miracles, but because he is professional and honest. He never told us that he would definitely get my son's ticket dismissed, he was very honest on the steps he would take and the possible conclussions.

I reached out to Mr. Bernace less than 24 hours before my court hearing for two moving violations in the Bronx and not only did he make himself available, he was kind and was able to get my violations dismissed!!!! He caught a detail during the hearing that I know I certainly would not have, causing... the judge to rule in my favor. I am very glad I engaged his assistance rather than attend the courts on my own. Victor was easy to talk to and very responsive/helpful. Regardless of the verdict, I would have given him 5 stars.
