Very easy to get in contact with, he calls back within a day and answers emails timely. Very informative, answered all my questions in a way that someone who isn't a lawyer would understand. I felt as if he was not rushing through emails but took the time to answer mine with a well written and info ...pack response. The judge rescheduled my date because the cop wasn't there, Bernace showed up to the second court date free of charge. Keeps you updated throughout the possess (My court dates were both 8:30AM and both times I heard back by noon). He was also very honest about what the outcome could be, no sugar coating. I can't say enough about Victor. I had an 80 mph speeding ticket in a 50 zone just before the Throgs Neck Bridge that was set up as a speed trap. Not guilty! I was beyond thrilled especially since many attorneys told me the odds were stacked against me. Victor did too. He was honest and forthrig...ht. In the end he found a mistake by the cop and presented a great argument to win the case. I don't think you will find anyone with the amount of experience he has and his prices are reasonable too. I am recommending him to all my friends and family. He is simply the best at fighting traffic tickets.

Mr. Bernace is now my go to guy if I ever get another traffic ticket!!! When I received traffic tickets in the past, it seemed that other traffic lawyers I'd spoken to were trying to get rich off of my plight.
