Victor A. Bernace

Victor has been great so far. He was upfront and explained everything in detail even before I paid him. I get a quick response when I write to him. I have a court date in Dec of 2016 where his partner will represent me. I am hoping he can decrease the number of points and the fine associated with it,... although no promises were made.

Mr. Bernace represented me for a traffic ticket in Bronx Fordham Court. He was correct in that I would be found guilty and have to pay the resulting fines. I didn't mind using him anyway as I felt it gave me a better chance than representing myself. The process was unbelievable. I never physicall...y met him. I contacted him through his website, emailed a picture of the ticket to him and that was all he needed. The points or fines on the ticket (I don't remember which) was reduced just as he'd stated he would fight for and that was it. Did I have my ticket dismissed? No. Was I blown away by him altogether? YES! This is where the story goes from okay and acceptable to phenomenal - I had to pay the fine within 30 days of the court date or else my license would automatically be suspended. Work gets in the way and I don't even remember responding to Mr. Bernace after he'd informed me of the judge's decision which was quite rue of me. Irrespective of that, completely unexpected and far outside the scope of what he was paid to do, Mr. Bernace CONTACTED ME JUST BEFORE THE THIRTY DAYS WAS UP TO REMIND ME TO PAY THE FINE!!!!!!! I'd completely forgotten and would have had my license suspended for sure if not for him. I'm still floored by that. He's the best just for that alone. I highly recommend him.

my wife had a speeding ticket. we found victor on the internet. once we contacted him, he quickly responded. He was very modest on the phone, gave us the realistic odds of winning in court, promised very little. I do not enjoy speaking in court rooms because I feel as if I may incriminate myself with my own words. Lawyer Victor A Bernace, Esq. was very eloquent during my case, helping to sway a victory. Because he represented me in the court room, my court case was moved up to be addressed right away amongst... the trials given that day. A police officer accused me of disobeying the traffic signal at the crossroads of Bruckner Expressway & Brush Ave. He argued I turned on my right turn signal & went straight in the far most lane that indicates I should turn right in that lane. I was actually in the middle lane of the bruckner expressway and I signaled right to comply with the yellow signs at the intersection indicating right if you wanted to merge with the hutchinson parkway going northbound. I used helpful photos while Lawyer Victor A Bernace addressed this to the judge better than I ever could. I was so thankful when the judge cleared me of all charges.
