Victor A. Bernace

Mr. Bernace represented me for a traffic ticket in Bronx Fordham Court. He was correct in that I would be found guilty and have to pay the resulting fines. I didn't mind using him anyway as I felt it gave me a better chance than representing myself. The process was unbelievable. I never physicall...y met him. I contacted him through his website, emailed a picture of the ticket to him and that was all he needed. The points or fines on the ticket (I don't remember which) was reduced just as he'd stated he would fight for and that was it. Did I have my ticket dismissed? No. Was I blown away by him altogether? YES! This is where the story goes from okay and acceptable to phenomenal - I had to pay the fine within 30 days of the court date or else my license would automatically be suspended. Work gets in the way and I don't even remember responding to Mr. Bernace after he'd informed me of the judge's decision which was quite rue of me. Irrespective of that, completely unexpected and far outside the scope of what he was paid to do, Mr. Bernace CONTACTED ME JUST BEFORE THE THIRTY DAYS WAS UP TO REMIND ME TO PAY THE FINE!!!!!!! I'd completely forgotten and would have had my license suspended for sure if not for him. I'm still floored by that. He's the best just for that alone. I highly recommend him.

I can't say enough about Victor. I had an 80 mph speeding ticket in a 50 zone just before the Throgs Neck Bridge that was set up as a speed trap. Not guilty! I was beyond thrilled especially since many attorneys told me the odds were stacked against me. Victor did too. He was honest and forthrig...ht. In the end he found a mistake by the cop and presented a great argument to win the case. I don't think you will find anyone with the amount of experience he has and his prices are reasonable too. I am recommending him to all my friends and family. He is simply the best at fighting traffic tickets.

Mr. Bernace is prompt in returning calls, is very savvy when it comes to technology. He knows the law and advised me very well on all of my options. He is reasonably priced and he priced better than his competitors and provided me with good results. Time wise I did not have to appear in Court and wai...t . He took care of everything and was able to get my ticket dismissed. if I am cited for another ticket in NYC I will definitely retain his services. He is the right man for the job.
