Deceptive
Iris talks a good game but ultimately doesn't do anything for her clients, well at least for this one. She doesn't take responsibility for her mistakes and then complains that she can't fix them. We're not Medicaid is not the answer I expected.

a complete waste of time and money
Iris Bikel is either criminally incompetent, or just criminal. Demands large retainer up front then does the absolute minimum she can get away with. Iris Bikel should be disbarred for ripping off the elderly.
