Mr. Del Valle is also the former member of the Mayor's Committee on the Judiciary for the City of New York, and also former member for ten years of the Judiciary Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Del Valle is a life member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; and a member of the United States Magistrate Judge’s Merit Selection Committee for the Eastern District of New York.
Mr. Del Valle has been a frequent lecturer and panelist for the American Bar Association on the topic of Legal Ethics; as well as a panelist on Legal Ethics and Character and Fitness for the New York County Lawyers Association; as well as a lecturer for criminal defense trial topics. Mr. Del Valle has been admitted Pro Hac Vice in multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Kansas, New Mexico, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, and Puerto Rico.

The worse Experience
Mr. Del Valle was hired by my husband back in 2003. Due to the seriousness of the matter, the advice of the lawyer and not to go to jail I pleaded guilty. I tell you that the gentleman did not even make sure that I would be given the disability certificate, nor did he explain to me that after 10 year...

Worth it
I was remanded and was scared ,facing 15 to 25 was the worst news to hear from a judge that gave those numbers like if he didnt care ,but Telesforo Del Valle told me stay strong and he will fight for me ,once i hired him 6 mths later he told me theres a light end of the tunnel ,those football numbers...
