Roger Neal Schumann

I've used Roger Schumann on more than one occasion and was equally happy each time. He is a straight shooter and in a time of trouble that is exactly what you need. He genuinely shows care from start to finish and is impressively honest and fair. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer....

I found Mr. Schumann out of the love of g-d! My divorce caused me to work with a number of attorney's. I have. experienced the difference between a great lawyer and a poor one. I wish I had Mr. Schumann when I was going through my divorce instead of my poor attorney. If I did, I would not ...have the financial problems I have today. Mr. Schumann filed a downward modification petition for me in court recently. My case was extremely difficulty and complex. The odds were stacked against me from the get-go. The result was an extended trial that we won. Why did we win? One reason only. Mr. Roger Schumann! The moment we first met I knew Mr. Schumann was unlike any attorney I had worked with. He proved I was right. Here is a short list of issues I had with my past attorneys. They did not seem sincere or make we feel that they really cared what happens to me. They took their retainer and then I felt lucky when I finally spoke to them. They were not prepared in court. They had so many cases they could not pay attention to detail. They didn't communicate with me well. They were not available 24/7, seven days a week. In other words they were the opposite of Mr. Schumann. Now that my trial is over and the courts decision has been rendered it is time for me to tackle my financial problems. I would never think about doing that with anyone else but Mr. Schumann.

I heard about Roger from a friend, she titled him as" the best lawyer she's ever met". After him helping me resolve my case I too have no doubt he is the BEST. I had a time share that was co purchased with an ex who refused to pay his half as promised and i was left stuck with this payment and subse...quent annual fees. Roger was able to get the time share holders to come to an agreement of a certain payoff and take the time share back. He fought hard on my behalf and was formidable ,well organized, meticulous and brilliant. With his wise and witty attitude he made me feel like I was in good hands. He was always accessible, he gave great and practical advise.With all these qualifications I am certain that he is the BEST and will do his BEST at the task assigned to him.

Roger is a great asset to have and I feel lucky to have found him! He was referred to me by my fiancé, who in turn heard about him through her friend. He helped me on two specific matters: one was for a certain property manager who owed me money and the other was for review of a potential business de...al. For the former, he helped me acquire all the funds I felt I was owed, and for the latter he saved me from losing thousands of dollars. I think Roger shows a tenacity and frank honesty that you want in a lawyer.
