Noah is the lawyer you want on your team!

I run an investment company and have worked with Noah for over 3 years on many different projects. He and his team have been consistent and very meticulous in drafting and commenting on a variety of legal documents and services, from simple entity formation to fund structure to acquisition of busine...sses and to a variety of complex financial contracts. Noah is very responsive, quick to turn around documents, has a high level of integrity, and his input is invaluable. When I have consulted him in areas outside his expertise, he is upfront to identify this and helpful in recommending colleagues or other lawyers to help. I would highly recommend Noah.

A super lawyer, a trusted adviser and ultimately a friend

I’ve been Noah Klarish’s client since 2003 and a friend soon after that. I highly recommend Noah as a general counsel and I have to many of my friends. He can do it all and when he can’t he will recommend outstanding specialized lawyers in his network. Over the years Noah has handled for us trademark...s, commercial leases, business contracts, dispute resolutions, capital raises, liquidity events and many negotiations with great success. As an added bonus he has been a solid sounding board for strategic business decisions. 5 star rating from me!

You want him on your side

I have been extremely impressed with Noah's level headed tenacity he approached my employment matters with. Noah has helped me negotiate two employment contracts and each time I genuinely felt like I had an advantage over my future employer having Noah work on my behalf. Moreover, I found him to tr...eat my matters with the utmost importance, he constantly made himself available to discuss whatever questions or thoughts I had as we went through the process.

Great lawyer + great human

I’ve worked with Noah for over 10 years on over 20 different transactions spanning everything from direct loan originations to venture capital transactions to JV agreements and more in my role at two multi family offices. Noah is highly commercial – for us he functions as an outsourced general couns...el of sorts, I find this incredibly rare in most lawyers. In addition to his vision on big picture issues, he rolls up his sleeves and is immersed in reviewing, marking up and negotiating the deal documents to completion. He is clear about what he knows (a lot!) and will let you know when something is not in his wheelhouse. He is trustworthy and enjoyable to work with. I can’t recommend Noah highly enough.
