Our LLC, a 14 person partnership that owned a commercial property in Brooklyn, was referred to Noah by our property management company in 2014. I have felt very grateful for that introduction. I can only offer words of praise regarding Noah. We called upon Noah, on a frequent basis, on various matt...ers ranging from our partnership, tenants, annual meetings, leases, etc. Noah always gave us sound and practical advice. In December, 2020, we sold the property and Noah was invaluable going through this difficult process. A super lawyer, a trusted adviser and ultimately a friend

I’ve been Noah Klarish’s client since 2003 and a friend soon after that. I highly recommend Noah as a general counsel and I have to many of my friends. He can do it all and when he can’t he will recommend outstanding specialized lawyers in his network. Over the years Noah has handled for us trademark...s, commercial leases, business contracts, dispute resolutions, capital raises, liquidity events and many negotiations with great success. Great attorney!!!

I have worked with Noah for nearly a decade. He helped me establish my fund, negotiate investor and employee contracts as well as assist me with compliance documentation and filings. Has an incredible wealth of industry knowledge which enables him to achieve the best deal for his clients. Noah is a... fantastic listener and guide which really helped me prioritize my near and long-term interests. He's efficient and thoughtful. I would never enter into another client, employment agreement or other business law matter without his assistance.
