Noah is the lawyer you want on your team!

I run an investment company and have worked with Noah for over 3 years on many different projects. He and his team have been consistent and very meticulous in drafting and commenting on a variety of legal documents and services, from simple entity formation to fund structure to acquisition of busine...sses and to a variety of complex financial contracts. Noah is very responsive, quick to turn around documents, has a high level of integrity, and his input is invaluable. When I have consulted him in areas outside his expertise, he is upfront to identify this and helpful in recommending colleagues or other lawyers to help. I would highly recommend Noah.

Expert, responsive small firm investment & corporate lawyer

Noah Klarish has been my lawyer for every important legal issue, problem, or opportunity I've had in my career at The New Yorker and subsequently. I created The Cartoon Bank and sold it to The New Yorker magazine with Noah's astute legal advice as well as his all-around smarts. When I left The New Yo...rker to establish Cartoon Collections LLC Noah was of course my go-to guy. Likewise, when I acquired CartoonStock and established my AI humor company Botnik.org it was Noah's guidance and expertise I sought. Noah's knowledge of relevant law and precedent never fails him but and combined with his knowledge of people he's the ideal guy to get a deal done.
