I am in the hedge fund industry and have been working with Noah Klarish for two decades now. He has proven time and again to be an invaluable resource. He has expertly and economically, created fund documents and operating agreements. He has also reviewed and crafted employment agreements, protect...ing his client's interests. Noah is the lawyer you want on your team!

I run an investment company and have worked with Noah for over 3 years on many different projects. He and his team have been consistent and very meticulous in drafting and commenting on a variety of legal documents and services, from simple entity formation to fund structure to acquisition of busine...sses and to a variety of complex financial contracts. Noah is very responsive, quick to turn around documents, has a high level of integrity, and his input is invaluable. When I have consulted him in areas outside his expertise, he is upfront to identify this and helpful in recommending colleagues or other lawyers to help. I would highly recommend Noah.

Great attorney!!!

I have worked with Noah for nearly a decade. He helped me establish my fund, negotiate investor and employee contracts as well as assist me with compliance documentation and filings. Has an incredible wealth of industry knowledge which enables him to achieve the best deal for his clients. Noah is a... fantastic listener and guide which really helped me prioritize my near and long-term interests. He's efficient and thoughtful. I would never enter into another client, employment agreement or other business law matter without his assistance.
