Jason Andrew Advocate

As a partner at Advocate, LLP, Jason A. Advocate provides dedicated legal services to clients in Manhattan and throughout New York City, New York. He focuses his practice on family law, generally handling cases that involve high net worth divorce and child custody.

In 1990, Mr. Advocate graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts. He then went on to receive a Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law in 1993.

With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Advocate understands the complexities of family law matters and their effects on everyone involved. For that reason, he strives to help his clients and their families reach amicable resolutions to their legal issues. However, if the other side refuses to budge, Mr. Advocate will aggressively fight for his clients' rights.
