Troubled or distressed companies (and their directors, officers, shareholders, or members) need help navigating the complicated and often confusing legal issues that led to, or arise from, their distressed situation. I help my clients anticipate, prepare for, and avoid problems before they occur. When the situation calls for it, I guide them through the complicated restructuring process. There is nothing about the life cycle of a company that I, with the members of my firm, cannot address.

Similarly, when my client's customers, vendors, or consignees end up in bankruptcy, I assist them in protecting their rights and maximizing the value they can receive from the bankrupt entity.
