I had a brief cosultation with Attorney Silverberg regarding an employment matter. Although Attorney Siverberg doesn't list this category among his specialties, he was impressively knowledgeable and thorough. His direct, non-judgemental questions got to the heart of the issues almost immediately. He ...was extremely level-headed and demonstrated a solid understanding of the connection between the law, motivational and personality issues of the players involved. His advice was clear, direct and authoritative. I would trust him with my estate or any other related legal issues. Atttorney Silverberg is an outstanding legal professional.

I have hired Jay to work on many important matters for me when I served as COO at two different midsize enterprises over the last eight years. Jay's vast experience in corporate matters (bankruptcy, creditor rights, mergers, licensing to name a few) was of great use to my companies. Some of the pro...jects were complex, had very short deadlines with many parties involved and Jay was quite instrumental in achieving positive outcomes. In addition, Jay has a large network of close friend in accounting firms and lending institutions that were very helpful to us at times due to their friendships with Jay. I would recommend Jay to anyone requiring help with a "one-off" project but I believe that he is even more qualified to serve as "outside general counsel" on an ongoing basis.
