After being arrested on a completely bogus charge, and having had never had any legal issues before, I looked for a firm to represent me and get me out of a situation that felt completely surreal and unfair. I called several firms, read some reviews, and after chatting on the phone with David Cohen ...I knew I had found the right attorney and the right firm. David and his team were true consummate professionals. I met David at his offices, he went over my case very clearly and thouroughly, laid out our course of action, and explained all the various possibilities. David met me at the courthouse for my first appearance, stood by me, and after went to work on getting my charges dismissed (an additional charge had been added during the first appearance). By the time of my second court appearance, David had worked out an Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal (ACD), and had one of his long time associates, Ben Simpson, meet at the court to see the ACD through. Just like David, Ben was a complete professional, he was waiting for me at the court house, went over everything with me before the appearance, got the ACD, and after the short appearance went over everything again, and followed up with an email later that day. I cannot recommend David Cohen and the Cohen Forman Barone firm enough, hire them and you will not be disappointed.

Mr. Cohen is just the best Lawyer in every way, and although, this case was not directly attained to me, I had to make sure that it was taken care of. Mr. Cohen made everything easier than what I expected, by always calling me back, right away, or staying in contact for any updates, which kept my anx...iety in check, and he knew it. He solved the case 100%, in our favor, and this nightmare is almost over, I have nothing but gratitude for his help, honestly, he’s more than what I could ever expect. He’s a people person, but very professional, I will never forget his wonderful help!
