I very rarely write reviews online but I am so thankful to David Cohen I cannot say a bad word about him and his Law Firm. His persistence and dedication really produced excellent results for my brother’s case. A good friend told me about Mr Cohen, Firm I was nervous to call and tried with someone ...else after a bad experience with a previous Lawyer but thank God I did. David Cohen knows the law and gets his point across. He really came through for us when my brother previous lawyer couldn’t do anything and took our money. In the beginning, the first attorney I saw said, “If I were you, there is only one attorney I would want to defend me, and that is David Cohen. If you’re lucky enough, he’ll take your case. I consider him to be among the best defense attorneys in New York, perhaps the very best.” So I met with Dav...id. After a thorough consultation, he took my case. One of the first things he said was “I am not the type of attorney who will take your money then throw you to the wolves. I will work for you until the very end.” He did just that, calling the DA’s office continually, making frequent visits, and sending them letters. He constantly kept the pressure on. One assistant DA said, “I’ve never seen a defense attorney take such a personal interest in a case in all the years I’ve practiced law.” David always answered any questions I asked. He is peerless and, I believe, really cares for me as a person. It was a long road, but in the end, charges were dismissed. The outcome was outstanding. David, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my life back.
