The first impression lasts forever, that's what I've heard..... In 2011, I was rear-ended by an driver. I hired C & B and they took the case. I waited for almost a year and the case didn't get anywhere...After realizing that the case wasn't moving fast enough, I called to find out what was the "hold up"...? They told me the insurance company for the driver who re...ar-ended me was filing a motion to dismiss the case based on the ground that they couldn't located the driver...So I fired C & B and hired the law offices of Kenneth Wilhelm and Barry Liebman. Not only Kenneth and Barry located the driver, but in a very timely fashion and was able to have a Judge dismiss the motion the other party had filed.
