A woman was hit by a bus which ran over her foot and caused a degloving injury and partial amputation of her foot. He prior attorney and the insurance company tried to force her to accept a settlement. ... I successfully argued in the Appellate Division and Court of Appeals that there was no binding settlement. Now I have gotten summary judgment on liability, which defendants appealed, and which I again defeated them on in the Appellate Division. We are now awaiting trial
