Takes on the Toughest - and Gets Results!

Walker is the only attorney who would take on my case several years ago. To this day, we remain close as he was there for me in my darkest days. He may be a bit busy, but bear with him! He’s the best.

"Friendly and Courteous"

Their work is very thorough and they listen to your concerns I would use them again if the need arises. Thomas C.

His staff was nice enough, Nevertheless the following happened:

1. Walker Harman sent me letter quitting my case. He sent letter regular snail mail so that by time I received his 'Quit Letter' I had less than (10) days to find new legal counsel & for new legal counsel to prepare and file a reply to court on time, i.e., effectively forfeiting my. case. (photo and ...hard copies of Quit Letter, Initial Contract, both signed by Walker Harman are available, as is the envelope post marked, i.e., showing how few days his Quitting My Case left me, thus forcing me to forfeit) 2. A few weeks after receiving Quit Letter from Walker Harman himself, I was informed that Harman's most senior legal assistant assigned to my case and who I most interacted with, Lucas, was given mid year admittance to the academic institution/opposing party Harman was representing me against. 3. When I told Harman that a 60 Centre Street judge might be sitting on case and have an undisclosed relationship with the academic institute/opposing party in the complaint, Harman berated me saying I was "paranoid" "stupid"; A few months later the 60 Centre Street Judge himself then disclosed in a letter to court and that's available in NY Court Database (free of charge and accessible to anyone with wifi and email) that he - after, at that point 8 years - ought to disclose that he maybe ought to recuse himself because of his relationship to the academic institution that Walker Harman was representing me against, the conflict of interest relationship beginning same month and year he/the judge was 1st assigned my case, i.e., the judge's wife took a job paying a spot over $100k + benefits beginning same year and month he was 1st assigned my case in the same dept of large academic institution Harman was representing me against. 4. Harman now disputes I was a client of his firm when I have paperwork with his signature on it AND that he himself filed with courts, AND when it was he himself that I initially met with to discuss terms of his service who I signed client contract with.

Extremely please

Got a referral from a friend who had work with Walker in the past and was super satisfied with his work. Walker has great expertise in his field as well as great understanding of his client's needs. I was extremely please with the way my case was handled and with the outcome.

Extremely Satisfied

I received Walker Harman's contact information by referral from a friend who was also working with him, who was also extremely satisfied with his work. I liked Walker and his team immediately, and so I hired him as my attorney. For the last several months, he has been ardently working on an employmen...t case of mine. I found him to be professional, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable. He fought really hard for me and he achieved my desired outcome. I would recommend him wholeheartedly - I'm extremely satisfied.
