Double Talking Worst Attorney

Unless a client pays, legal services will not be performed. A client’s wish for certain legal services or tasks may be precluded or prohibited by the Rules of Civil Procedure, the Rules of Professional Conduct, or the Rules of Civility. Further, strategy differences may develop between a client and the attorney. The main purpose of the power of attorney paragraph in the standard contract is to give the attorney power to endorse a check from an insurance company, made payable to the client, and deposit the check into the attorney trust account. Then, a check from the attorney trust account is paid to the client for the net proceeds, after the legal fee is deducted.
"I have known Bob Leino for the last three years. During that time we have worked on various matters involving labor law. Bob is a very friendly, sincere, and approachable attorney. He is a very knowleable lawyer with extensive experience in litigation. I consider him one of the most conscientious and skillful attorneys around. He thoroughly knows the facts, understands the law and is a strong advocate. If results is what you want then maybe you should consider contacting him."
