THE BEST LAWYER IS NOT THE FANCY OFFICE?? RATHER ITS THE COMPETENCY COMBINED WITH COMPASSION

I have knows Bob Leino for over 15 years he has handled for me and my family many different cases over the years from disability case to foreclosure, to others. He has done always an excellent job with excellent results, but most of all Bob is a real honest human being , his straight forward attitude... and his competency is second to none,.... i strongly recommend using Bob Leino for any legal matter since i have never found a better lawyer than him while me and my family we are committed to always continue to enjoy Bob Leino's professionalism service for years to come...

Bob Leino is one terrrific lawyer

I hired Bob because I needed someone I could trust and could help me with a very difficult trusts and estates matter. Bob is extremely talented. He is willing to go in to court and do whatever he has to do to get the best possible outcome for his client. He is very thorough in his work. He made me... feel comfortable like he was always working in my best interests. Bob achieved a very satisfactory outcome even while working in a very difficult situation. I would recommend Bob to my friends and family. I cannot say enough good things about Bob.

My go-to Attorney in NYC

I had a couple of outstanding issues with money that was owed to me from previous clients of mine. Mr Leino laid out the strategy of how to move forward, and later implemented it. The results were exactly what he had anticipated they were going to be. He was attentive, responsive, affordable, and ...overall very professional. I'd certainly recommend him.

Robert Leino ESQ.

We found Mr. leino on craigslist and it was the best ad we ever answered. We were backed against a wall with no help in sight, 3 years into a case and we got the answers and help we needed. Robert Leino is very knowlegable in law and very trustworthy with information. He gave us hope when we had n...one. I would definetly reccommend Mr. Leino to everyone and anyone.

Double Talking Worst Attorney

Being hired for specific work - Mr. Leino even placed his duties in writing on a Court Order - work that he was fully paid for -- except once he took the money ....... HE NEVER DID THE WORK. And whatever he did do was done poorly. There are lots of Attorneys who will be happy to take you money and ...do the work. This one takes your Money and does not do the work. Plus he tries to take Power of Attorney with respect to your whole life when the case does not call for that. Be a smart person: go elsewhere.

Unless a client pays, legal services will not be performed. A client’s wish for certain legal services or tasks may be precluded or prohibited by the Rules of Civil Procedure, the Rules of Professional Conduct, or the Rules of Civility. Further, strategy differences may develop between a client and the attorney. The main purpose of the power of attorney paragraph in the standard contract is to give the attorney power to endorse a check from an insurance company, made payable to the client, and deposit the check into the attorney trust account. Then, a check from the attorney trust account is paid to the client for the net proceeds, after the legal fee is deducted.
