Anti-trust and Medical Malpractice

I have known Bob since 2015. He has worked for me on an anti-trust case and on a medical malpractice case. I had one case involving high-technology applications in the recreational sector. He was knowledgeable and comfortable with the technical facts. The antitrust case was in federal court and inv...olved many defendants represented by 4 of the largest law firms in the country. My medical malpractice case was in an outlying county on Long Island which was typically favorable for the doctor. Tactical decisions for the medical malpractice case were very intense and required precise knowledge of the medical issues. He knew how to avoid scenarios where there were risks of losing the case given a second irrelevant diagnosis that was potentially misleading to the jury. Bob worked meticulously with the medical expert on fine points of causation where a mistake could have lost the entire case. He had a great command of the medicine, anatomy and physiology. I was kept informed throughout the process. He responded to my inquiries on the same day or the next day. He gave me advice to help me make decisions. The medical malpractice case settled very favorably for me.
