Jean-Paul Cass

I contacted Jean-Paul/John along with 9 other attorneys via e-mail to set up an initial calls, understand the possibility of representation, etc. Jean-Paul/John and I spoke on my train ride home. The call lasted 15-20 minutes with no discussion about costs for this call which I would have declined. H...e also mentioned during the call he was just opening my file to take a quick look for the first time. He offered to write up my response so I can print it out and mail it out myself, which I also declined. 1 week later I was charged for 5.2 hours of work. He charged me 3 hours for a phone call which was 20 minutes. He charged me for writing up a response which I declined immediately during the phone call. He also charged me for the research he did on my case which did not happen because he had just opened up my case file during our 20 minute call. None of the 9 other attorneys I reached out to did what Jean-Paul/John did.
