IRRESPONSIBLE - DECEITFUL
Extremely unreliable and rude. We contracted her services paid in advance in full and she did not meet her part of our agreement. Did not return phone calls nor does she follow through on her commitments. She has been reported to the Bar. We do not recommend her.

Giannina did not follow through on our agreement, misinformed me and then ignored my request for updates, she delivered NO results whatsoever. I have reported her to the Bar.
