Words cannot express my gratitude for all of the help Katherine Cherkasky provided me during my nightmare. Looking for lawyers has literally been the scariest process I've ever had to do. I was active duty Air Force as of 2 weeks ago. My crisis began in December of 2015. I contacted SEVERAL military ...attorney's. None of which compared to Katherine. I can confidentaly say, to look no further, and get the Cherkasky's on your case or listen to their advice. Yes, anyone in the military has their military provided defense councel. But they can do so much and they will not stick their neck out for you because they work for the people who are going after you. The Cherkasky's are civilians and can do way more than the military defense councel can or will. I cannot count how many times my leadership tried messing with me, only to get a phone call from Katie and completely change their directon. Not only that but the rebuttals Katie writes are out of this world. My First Sergeant actually asked me, "Where'd you find these Cherkasky's?" He proceeded to tell me that Katie called him about leave (that was going to be denied) that I requested. And that she bust out an AFI over the phone and had him confused. After she got off the phone with him, I recieved a phone call from my supervisor who said I could take leave and that it was approved. Katie didn't even tell me she did that, all she said was that she took care of it. She is a BOSS and they HUSTLE THE GAME. Please hire the Cherkasky's if you are facing any kind of punishment from any branch in the military.
