Andrew David Cherkasky

From the moment we first spoke, until the judge said "not guilty", I knew hiring the dynamic duo that are the Cherkasky's was a decision I would always be happy with. Being accused of a crime you know you didn't commit is hard enough...being told you will be court martialed for it is a whole other m...atter. Andy worked with my ADC to come up with the best way to represent me, and he did so with the tenacity of a gladiator in the arena. Finding a lawyer is one of the worst things I've had to do in my life. Trying to find a lawyer is like trying to decide on cereal in the cereal aisle, it is a very frustrating experience. The number of hours applied to each phase of the process, the flights, hotels, rental cars etc; everything was clearly tracked and available for me to view. He literally has everything covered, not once did I have a reason to second guess his integrity which allowed me to focus on the well-being of my family and myself throughout. He is an amazing family man with a gorgeous wife that is also an attorney. Firstly, let me say 4000 characters is not nearly enough to give Andrew Cherkasky the praise he deserves. As a deployed member of the Air Force my life changed dramatically when I was informed I was being investigated for crimes I had no idea I had been committing. My circumstances were that of som...eone who was misinformed and naively took a NCOIC's word as law. My ADC had basically advised me that there was a very good chance that I would be convicted of all crimes I was being charged for. He believed I we be imprisioned for an extended period of time and that the prosecution had a very strong case against us. I was fortunate enough to have come across Mr. Cherkasky’s information online and requested a consult. Despite having other cases his response was very immediate. We were on the phone within a short time and speaking in detail about my situation. He provided me with assurances that he was skilled to handled the case and actually had several cases in the past which dealt with the same kind of situation. Upon taking the case he worked tirelessly to hold the JAG to due process and ensured my rights were being respected. His work schedule was almost unbelievable to me. With me being deployed he would take calls sometimes at 1 or 2 in the morning, then would wake the next day early and resume reviewing evidence. His knowledge of due process and the UCMJ was very impressive and he was able to completely answer every question I posed to him off the top of his head. We discussed in detail exactly what I needed to expect as things progressed forward. His goals and mine were completely aligned throughout the process and he was never shy to provided the kind of personal advice that my ADC shyed away from. The work he preformed was brilliant and he considered each aspect for the case from many viewpoints. He always listened to my suggestions and was never dismissive of my opinion despite my lack of judicial experience. He worked hard to ensure he was always moving forward in the direction I wanted him to. In my case I was exonerated of all charges and redeployed home. Once home there were still administrative issues to deal with. Even though much less was at stake once the charges were dropped, Mr. Cherkasky continued to work as an advisor and even reviewed all of my administrative paperwork. With regards to value... no matter what the cost you are getting his services at a bargain. His pricing was more competitive than any other lawyer I priced.
