My step-mother died on an international flight due (at least partially) to the negligence of the airline. The lawyers declined the case because the causation would be too difficult to prove and the airline's resources too great to overcome. Abe took the case and doggedly pursued the airline for two years in multiple countries. The multi-million dollar settlement that Abe negotiated allowed my father some peace, and gave him the opportunity to establish a foundation in his late wife's name. But they did respond immediately to even the most inane questions. And when the settlement finally came through, they did not -- I repeat, NOT - nickle and dime me with fees for copying and postage and such. Abe and his colleagues are brilliant and competent, and also honest and respectful -- unfortunately, not a combination I have often found in lawyers. Bravo!
