Biography

I have been an aviation lawyer since 1997 representing victims of airplane and helicopter accidents. I have commercial licenses in airplanes and helicopters. I am a CNN Aviation Analyst. I am the immeidate past President of the International Air & Safety Bar Association. I served as a USMC attack helicopter pilot.

I have been a Kreindler & Kreindler LLP partner since 2002.

I focus on aviation, products liability, maritime and other complex litigation. I am admitted to the state and federal Bars of New York and New Jersey and have appeared on a pro hac vice basis in courts across the country.
