We have one job, to fight for you and get you the most amont of money for your injuries. We help seriously injured victims of all types of accidents collect money for their damages. We help injured victims of car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, medical malpractice and attacks on businesses and apartment buildings due to a lack of needed security or improper lighting. Joseph I. Lipsky is a second generation South Florida Attorney, and a fourth generation South Florida native. Mr. Lipsky’s family was one of the founding families of Key West, Florida.

Mr. Lipsky is a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in public relations. Mr. Lipsky achieved his Juris Doctorate from The St. Thomas University, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Practice.

Since graduating law school, more nearly thirty years ago, Mr. Lipsky has achieved a level of success in his practice of personal injury trial work which resulted in his membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is a society of trial attorneys reserved for those attorneys who demonstrate their skills in resolving cases for their clients which result in awards and settlements in excess of one millions dollars. Over the past 26 years, Joe has helped his seriously injured clients collect tens of millions of dollars for their personal injuries, damages, lost wages and medical bills.

Joseph is a recoginzed member of many personal injury professional societies. Those memberships, which are limited to the leaders in the field of personal injury law, include being an Eagle member of the Florida Justice Association, the leading organization of attorneys in the State of Florida dedicated to the representation of injured victims of negligence. Mr. Lipsky is also an invited member of the American College of Barristers, Senior Counsel.

Mr. Lipsky is a also a member of the Florida Bar; admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida; the Miami-Dade County Justice Association; the Palm Beach County Justice Asociation; the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association; and, of course, the American Justice Association.
