Mr. Posner is the best around. He's very knowledgeable about real estate law. At my consultation he informed me of my different options for my case. He explained the process to the point where I felt comfortabe and retained his services. At the time, I was facing foreclosure and recently got laid off... due to the mortgage crisis.
