I have worked with Michael a number of times to handle the purchase, refinance and sale of my coop in New York City, In a market filled with over-priced and unresponsive people, Michael really stands out. He is extremely helpful and responsive--I rarely waited more than a half hour to hear back from ...him and most times responses were in real time. There are attorneys who charge twice his rate and can't hold a candle to the way he treats clients.
